Do's and don'ts of the renovation process:

In June 2005 we decided to add a piece on our home and business which is a Community Based Option.  In order to receive a license from the government, so the seniors could receive assistance, we had to have quite a few modifications done.  We then decided to add a piece on our home to give everyone more living space & larger bedrooms, another means of egress and a wheelchair accessible bath and shower as the Department of Health & the Fire Marshall required for a license for Mitchell's Rest Home.  We had a few contractors come to give us prices on this new addition and renovations.  Homes By Jodrey was one.  Dan was easy to get along with, he was very professional and we felt comfortable with him.  He made some really good suggestions on the changes we had to make. along with his prices being reasonable.  We had to build this addition and make all renovations with our seniors still living with us. His staff were very conscious of all here and made every effort to work around what we needed to keep our seniors safe. The project was finished on time and we've had very positive feedback from the Department of Health and the Fire Marshall about the work being done by Homes By Jodrey.
